A clear account of what we collect.

Wallachia Labs operates the Dionysus website. This notice explains how information submitted through the waitlist and contact form is handled.

Effective July 16, 2026

01

Information we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect:

  • Your email address.
  • Optional answers about spending, team scale, intended uses, and production intent.
  • Referral and campaign attribution included in the page URL, plus the referring site's origin when available.
  • Timestamps recording when you joined and whether the confirmation was accepted for delivery.

When you contact us, we collect your email address, message, selected topic, and any optional name or company information you provide.

02

How we use it

We use this information to:

  • Save and manage your place on the private beta waitlist.
  • Send the requested waitlist confirmation and a later capacity invitation.
  • Understand expected demand and plan inference capacity.
  • Review and respond to contact-form inquiries.
  • Protect the forms against spam, abuse, and service disruption.
  • Measure aggregate website traffic and improve the launch experience.

We do not sell the information submitted through these forms.

03

Services involved

The website relies on a small set of service providers:

  • Vercel hosts the website and provides aggregate web analytics.
  • Resend stores waitlist contacts and delivers transactional email.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile verifies that form submissions are legitimate.
  • Upstash stores short-lived rate-limit counters keyed by a one-way hash of the requesting IP address.

These providers process information under their own security and privacy terms while delivering services to Wallachia Labs.

04

Retention and choices

Waitlist records are kept while the private beta is being planned and operated, or until they are no longer reasonably needed. Contact inquiries are kept only as long as needed to review, respond, and maintain relevant business records.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection regarding your personal information. You may also ask to be removed from the waitlist at any time.

05

Security and changes

We use access controls, encrypted transport, request validation, challenge verification, rate limiting, and restricted server-side credentials to protect submissions. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

This notice may be updated as Dionysus moves from waitlist to private beta. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
